Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Retail Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our TFE Retail Sales team. Your primary objective is to enhance our customer relationships and drive sales by offering tailored financial solutions, especially tractor loans. You will be the face of our bank, representing us to potential and existing customers in the agricultural sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales, focusing on tractor loans and retail banking products.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive financial solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially during loan processing.
