Relationship Manager-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) -Recovery Branch

Job Description:

• As a Relationship Manager for ARB Crop loan collection, He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely loan repayments, and identifying opportunities for business growth and cross-selling. 
• Acting as a primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction. Identifying and understanding client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. 
• Monitoring and identifying credit deterioration within assigned portfolios and reporting potential downgrades. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation and records.
• Monitor and report on loan performance and portfolio risk. Co-ordination with Legal and credit team for maintaining healthy portfolio. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 2-4 years of Experience in agricultural lending/Collection or a related field is highly desirable. 
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of agricultural practices, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment. 
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
• Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach.
