Job Description

  • Identify, source, and acquire new SME, mid-corporate, or corporate clients for working capital facilities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client business models, cash flows, and funding requirements.
  • Sell working capital products including CC/OD, LC, BG, bill discounting, trade finance, and cash management services.
  • Cross-sell liability products, forex, and transaction banking solutions where applicable.
  • Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
  • Conduct financial analysis, balance sheet assessment, and credit appraisal of borrowers.
  • Prepare credit proposals, CMA data, and term sheets in coordination with credit teams.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks.
  • Monitor utilization, account conduct, and early warning signals.
  • Ensure timely renewal, enhancement, and review of working capital limits.
  • Manage documentation, covenants, and post-disbursement compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Credit, Operations, Legal, and Trade Finance.
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding, disbursement, and servicing of accounts.
