Position Overview:
Managing client relationships and providing financial solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsible for offering comprehensive wealth management services, including investment products, financial planning, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, address concerns, and provide financial advice.
- Understand client needs and offer personalized wealth management solutions to enhance their financial well-being.
- Monitor client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their goals and suggest rebalancing if necessary.
Business Development :
- Identify new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Engage in active lead generation and networking to secure new clients and assets.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and propose solutions tailored to clients financial aspirations.
- Drive numbers of wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and other investment solutions.
Investment Advisory :
- Provide sound investment advice based on market trends, client goals, and risk profiles.
- Offer timely updates and insights on the market, investment strategies, and portfolio performance.
- Advise clients on asset allocation and diversification, ensuring portfolio optimization.
Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure that all client interactions are compliant with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation in adherence to compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience : 4-5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, mutual funds, or client management roles.
- Certifications : CFP (Certified Financial Planner), AMFI (for Mutual Funds) certification, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex financial information simply.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and investment options to provide sound advice.
- Customer-Centric Mindset : Demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
- Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
