About the Team and Role

Leasing at Vivriti:

Our Leasing portfolio is a key growth engine within Vivriti with ~ Rs. 600+ cr sanctioned Leasing transactions over the last 2 yrs. We manage a diversified leasing portfolio across manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, medical and services, with clients ranging from emerging midcorporates to established large groups. Our portfolio covers a wide range of asset classes including production machinery, materialhandling equipment, Construction, Vehicles, IT, office infrastructure, medical equipment and commercial vehicles.

Vivriti Nexts Client Acquisition Team drives growth by building a strong client base across the mid-corporate segment (30,000+ enterprises).

Our goal: Capture & Establish a dominant presence in the mid-corporate segment over the next 5 years.

Role: Client Acquisition - Leasing of equipment/machineries/vehicle

Location: Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi

Key responsibilities:

  • Originate leasing business from mid and large corporates by identifying capex plans, replacement cycles and Operating/Finance lease/Sale and Leaseback opportunities across equipment/machinery/vehicle
  • Originate leasing business in the form of operating leases, which can be further assigned to funding partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, large vendors and arrangers to create a sustainable lead funnel for operating and finance leases
  • Expand the client base across West, North and South through strong networks with corporates, factors, financiers, arrangers.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs to strengthen market presence in collaboration with rest of the Client Acquisition Team
  • Work cross-functionally with Business, Product, Risk, and Legal teams to drive effective client engagement.
  • Extensive travel may be required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MBA / CA / Post-Graduate
  • 710 years of experience in business development, with exposure to mid and large corporates, with at least 3 - 4 years in Leasing / Capex origination
  • Strong knowledge of leasing products
  • Demonstrated relationships with OEMs/dealers and mid/large corporates in relevant sectors (manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, services etc.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage Promoters, Financial and Business Heads.
  • A Good understanding of finance / credit / ratings.
  • Versatile in handling individual responsibilities and leading team initiatives.
