Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client financial goals, and proposing suitable financial products and investment plans. The Relationship Manager will be required to offer personalized services, maintain regular communication with clients, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve keeping up with market trends and working closely with the team to achieve business objectives.


We are in a growth phase and looking to add a Relationship Manager to our team.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a growth role.


We are building a structured, process-driven platform focused on long-term compounding for both our clients and our team. Were looking for someone who wants to grow with that platform.


Roles & Responsibilities.


  • Build and manage a portfolio of retail and emerging HNI clients
  • Drive new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and proactive engagement
  • Conduct structured portfolio reviews and asset allocation discussions
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships
  • Work closely with research and operations to deliver disciplined execution
  • Monitor inflows, redemptions, and portfolio shifts with ownership

Who we're looking for :


  • 37 years of experience in wealth management, distribution, or advisory
  • Strong relationship-building ability with commercial awareness
  • Comfortable discussing investments, risk, and long-term allocation
  • Process-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and growth-focused
