Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Relationship Manager Field Sales to drive partner engagement and create new business opportunities. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to implement and execute growth-focused strategies effectively.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen and expand the business portfolio.
  • Build, manage, and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing partners to support organizational growth objectives.
  • Research and explore new markets, channels, and approaches to generate qualified prospects and leads.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings across assigned regional locations to establish credibility and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Work closely with senior management to negotiate, structure, and successfully close business opportunities with potential clients.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
  • 710 years of proven experience in business development, relationship management, or field sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a structured and target-focused approach to sales.
  • Sound understanding of financial services concepts and industry terminology.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Prior experience interacting with CXOs and senior decision-makers through meetings, presentations, or proposal discussions is mandatory.
