Job Description / Responsibilities

One point contact for the Financiers ( Banks, NBFCs etc.) relationships for RXIL

Explaining the TReDS product and System to all the Participants.

Managing FIs and complete handholding for onboarding.

Assist the Relationship Manager in managing day to day requirements/ handholding for the existing client base.

Building relationships with all the Participant across the business.

Engaging with financiers for lead generation.

Handle operational issues / complaints raised by Financiers / Corporates and Vendors.

Identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes & service to customers.
