Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) & perform financial analysis/due diligence to assess corporates including NBFCs for term loans, WCDL, assignment transactions, co-lending, etc.
Monitor client-related triggers, compliance, covenants & ensure periodic submissions from clients are received.
Undertake field visits for due diligence and client visits for regular reviews & monitoring.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, operations) & external stakeholders (legal, rating agencies, trustees, vendors) to coordinate and complete transactions within timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth execution of transactions and long-term engagement.
