Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing queries, offering business support, and assisting clients in utilizing Silkroute's services. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving, client management, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of cross-border trade, financial products, and the import/export industry
- Experience in business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Background in international trade, commerce, or business management is advantageous
