Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 Per Month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary :-


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Real Estate to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value deals in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities :-


  • Lead and manage day-to-day real estate sales activities in Meerut.
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through site visits, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance.
  • Handle booking documentation , pricing discussions, and customer closures.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure smooth coordination till booking and handover stage.


Required Skills & Competencies :-


  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills.
  • Client-handling and relationship-management expertise.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mind-set.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
  • Local market knowledge of Meerut real estate preferred.


Educational Qualifications :-


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
