Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build and manage strong customer relationships, drive sales of financial products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and manage existing client relationships
• Promote and sell banking/insurance/financial products
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
• Provide product information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in sales or relationship management (BFSI preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Local candidate preferred
