Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers directly or through connectors and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) within the branch business zone and source them under the assigned product.
- Manage relationships with connectors and DSAs to generate business leads and achieve monthly business targets with high-quality standards.
- Ensure timely repayment from sourced customers.
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with product and geographic focus.
- Maintain cordial relationships with colleagues and peers, fostering team spirit in every action.
- Execute tasks with complete integrity and transparency.
Functional Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned targets within time limits with support from BM/CM/Ops/CBM majorly from direct channel.
- Attend to leads, explain products, procedures, and benefits, and address all queries from customers and DSAs.
- Conduct initial scrutiny of customers' businesses, assess their ability to repay loans, and evaluate their character and integrity.
- Collect documents from customers, arrange meetings with higher officials, inspect collateral properties, and facilitate property valuation.
- Facilitate legal reports with empanelled advocates and customers.
- Ensure timely creation of mortgages with proper verification and documentation, in line with legal opinions from empanelled advocates.
- Regularly monitor the portfolio to identify and address any early signs of delinquency through proactive measures.
- Make sincere and dedicated efforts to collect and recover overdue amounts from clients on a regular basis.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, focusing on deliverables.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banks/MFI/NBFC lending with strong Prime Loan exposure, particularly in secured loans.
- Ticket Size - 20 lacs to 1 Crore
