Field Sales Executive

Location: Laxminagar, New Delhi

CTC: 3.2 - 4.2 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Travel allowance

Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers are welcome)

Education: SSC or Graduation required

About the Role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our value proposition.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Required Skills


  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.


Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from INR 3.2 - 4.2 LPA + Unlimited Incentives, depending on experience, plus commission and benefits.
