About the Roles
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Pay range and compensation package:- Starts from 2.55 LPA- 4.2LPA plus Incentives
