Job Description
Qualification | Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA , preferable AMFI and IRDA certification | ||
Relevant Experience | Minimum 2-5 years of experience | ||
Functional Competencies | Has good exposure in corporate sales | ||
Ability to navigate complex organizations and get the job done | |||
Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership. | |||
Having good contacts locally to ensure adequate sourcing of proposals | |||
Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual | |||

Job Responsibilities | |||
Financial responsibilities | Handling portfolio of NRI Clients and generating revenue | ||
Acquiring NTB customers into the Bank and provide them with exclusive services. | |||
Client servicing, income generation, cross selling structured products, investments and tpp products, asset products like loans. | |||
Ensure that the assigned revenue and targets are met month on month | |||
New account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts | |||
Ensure each Account has positive profitability | |||
Cross sell all the products of the Bank thereby ensuring that the targets assigned are met. | |||
Non Financial Responsibilities | To maintain call reports and MIS as required | ||
Providing HNI customer services by resolving their queries and issues. | |||
Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer | |||
Ability to work for multiple products | |||
To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate | |||
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities | Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form | ||
Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients , not to share any information with competition | |||
Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied in department. | |||
Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities . |
