Job Purpose
To drive AUM growth for Tata Capital and Tata Pension Fund by acquiring existing NPS subscribers from Central and State Government sectors and facilitating their switch to Tata PFM. The role involves building deep relationships with government departments, promoting Tata Capital's and Tata PFM's value proposition, and ensuring seamless subscriber experience during the switch process.

Main Accountabilities

Subscriber Acquisition & PFM Shift
  • Identify and engage Central and State Government departments with a high base of NPS subscribers as well as Individual employees
  • Promote Tata PFM's performance, investment philosophy, and service advantages to drive voluntary PFM switches.
  • Conduct on-ground awareness sessions, helpdesks, and educational seminars for NPS subscribers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Drive physical and digital form collection, documentation, and back-end coordination for smooth PFM transition.
    Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with key officials (DDOs, Nodal Officers, Treasury Offices, etc.) across government departments.
  • Act as a single point of contact for addressing department-level and subscriber-level queries regarding Tata Capital and Tata PFM and the switching process.
    Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all subscriber acquisition and switching activities are in line with PFRDA guidelines and internal policies.
  • Provide periodic reports to regional leadership and central teams on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

    Qualification : Minimum Degree: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory
