Role: Relationship Manager (Night Shift)

Job Description:

Creating database of prospective clients through internet research

Preparing marketing presentations and collaterals

Making calls to prospective clients

Maintaining client database

Liaison between clients and the delivery teams

Manage accounts till they are completely transitioned to the delivery teams

Build rapport with clients through regular phone calls

Manage and nurture relationship with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and address any issues that arise.

Manage social media accounts

Candidate Profile:

Should be passionate about sales and should be a go-getter

Should have excellent communication skills and neutral accent

Should be comfortable talking to C level executives

Should be comfortable working under extreme pressure

Location:

Koramangala, Bangalore

Timings:

7:30pm to 5:30am (Night Shift)
