Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NDs, and key stakeholders.
Ensure timely product approvals in partner systems on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Coordinate with distributors for events, presentations, and initiatives to drive business growth.
Design and implement contests, schemes, and engagement programs to boost sales through
Banks, NDs, and IFAs (Individual Financial Agents).
Conduct presentations and conference calls with fund management teams and distribution
partners.
Monitor competitor strategies and products; recommend and implement actions to maintain
competitive advantage.
Provide market feedback and distributor insights to inform business strategy.
Track and analyze sales MIS, AUM, and folio movements; collaborate with distributors to develop
growth strategies.
Independently engage with senior management and decision-makers of prospective and existing
clients.
Drive relationship management and brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and goodwill.
