This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing existing client accounts, resolving client queries, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and supporting clients throughout the insurance process, including claims management. The role also involves developing new client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and effective communication with clients
• Knowledge of insurance products including motor, health, life, and corporate insurance policies
• Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and provide claims support
• Proficiency in client service and conflict resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and effectively coordinate with internal teams
• Familiarity with the Mumbai insurance market is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer relationship management, or a similar field is a plus
