Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, references, data sourcing & field visits

Generate new leads via networking & market research

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Client Acquisition

Explain our financial products: Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds & more

Convert prospects into active clients

Assist with KYC & onboarding processes

Relationship Management

Regular follow-ups with prospects and clients

Build long-term relationships for repeat business

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless servicing

Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Drive brokerage revenue and cross-sell financial products

Track daily performance and report to the reporting manager

Market Awareness

Stay updated with market trends & competitor activity

Suggest strategies to enhance acquisition & retention
