Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, understanding client requirements, and offering customized solutions in the luxury real estate segment. The role involves client calling, meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and coordination until closure and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand requirements and qualify leads
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits for luxury residential and commercial projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, inventory, and investment opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and developers for inventory availability, offers, and documentation
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with client expectations and company objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of the client journey from first contact to booking and post-sales support
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong relationship management, client servicing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate market, particularly luxury residential and commercial properties
  • Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, and deal closures
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 15 years of experience in real estate consultancy, luxury sales, or client-facing sales roles
  • Experience in handling HNI / premium clients is an added advantage
