This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - L1, based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing excellent service. Key tasks include handling client inquiries, presenting solutions aligned with client objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additional responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance offerings, meeting business targets, and generating reports on client feedback and challenges.
