About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves promoting equity and derivatives products, assisting clients with Demat account opening, and driving revenue through cross-selling of financial products. The candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client service.


Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and build a strong customer base
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Assist clients with the Demat account opening process
  • Provide guidance on Equity and Derivatives trading
  • Generate revenue through trading activities and cross-selling financial products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Broking industry
  • Good understanding of Equity & Derivatives markets
  • Knowledge of Demat account opening and client onboarding process
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with good communication and negotiation skills


Required Skills

  • Experience in financial services or stock broking industry
  • Strong sales orientation and revenue generation ability
  • Good client handling and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
