Job Description
Role: Team Leader Relationship Management (Investments | Inside Sales / Virtual Wealth)
Location: Mumbai

InCred Money is part of the InCred Group and is a digital investment platform specializing in alternative investments such as Unlisted Equity, Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and related products.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Manage and grow high-value client relationships while also supporting the team in acquiring new clients through leads and referrals.
- Own individual contribution targets, including direct AUM generation and revenue, in addition to team-level performance.
- Drive AUM and revenue targets across investment products through individual contribution and team performance.
- Monitor team KPIs, conversion ratios, and client engagement metrics; provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements across the team.
- Own team-level P&L performance, with a strong focus on sustainable revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
- Act as a bridge between business, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Play an active role in process improvement, training, and best-practice sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Candidate with a finance-related qualification (MBA, CFP, CA, CFA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of investment products including Unlisted Equity, Bonds, Mutual Funds, FDs, etc.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investments, or financial services.
- Prior experience in a team handling / leadership role is mandatory.
- Comfortable with virtual relationship management, including extensive client interactions over phone calls and video meetings.
- Strong ability to mentor, guide, and drive performance of relationship managers.
