Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will manage client portfolios, coldcalls,generate business, build long-term relationships, offer tailored insurance solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, retaining existing clients, analyzing their insurance needs, and collaborating with insurance providers to deliver the best solutions. Additionally, the role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and documenting all client interactions.

Knowledge of insurance products and Risk Management strategies
Ability to analyze client requirements and provide customized solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
