Job Description
Locations: We have this requirement at multiple locations- Bangalore, Kolkata & Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- To be involved into relationship building and management with the customer for sales and services of financial products of ICICI group (E.g., Online Trading Account,
- Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)
- To manage assigned client base through virtual/client visits and provide financial / investment advisory, develop new relations through referencing and other sources
- To generate leads for quality NCAs and act as productive resource by meeting objectives thereby ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
- To be active in client engagement/reach out in assigned campaigns/activity which happens time to time for effective outcome
- To deliver the desired business expectations/objectives by maintaining customer relationship
- To manager customer meetings and sales process as part of his/her reporting structure
- To consciously deliver support to reporting manager in increasing profitability
- To conduct market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation
- To ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service and query handling
- To explore new areas and ways to achieve productivity
- To prepare and maintain MIS report
