Job Description

Locations: We have this requirement at multiple locations- Bangalore, Kolkata & Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:


  • To be involved into relationship building and management with the customer for sales and services of financial products of ICICI group (E.g., Online Trading Account,
  • Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)
  • To manage assigned client base through virtual/client visits and provide financial / investment advisory, develop new relations through referencing and other sources
  • To generate leads for quality NCAs and act as productive resource by meeting objectives thereby ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
  • To be active in client engagement/reach out in assigned campaigns/activity which happens time to time for effective outcome
  • To deliver the desired business expectations/objectives by maintaining customer relationship
  • To manager customer meetings and sales process as part of his/her reporting structure
  • To consciously deliver support to reporting manager in increasing profitability
  • To conduct market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service and query handling
  • To explore new areas and ways to achieve productivity
  • To prepare and maintain MIS report
