Job Description
Role- Relationship Manager -HNI
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNI clients.
- Cross-sell wealth and banking products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, CASA, Term Deposits, Insurance, and Lending solutions.
- Provide customized investment advisory aligned with client risk appetite and financial goals.
- Achieve revenue, AUM, CASA, and cross-sell targets.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and client retention.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide periodic investment reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
