Job Description

Role- Relationship Manager -HNI


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNI clients.
  • Cross-sell wealth and banking products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, CASA, Term Deposits, Insurance, and Lending solutions.
  • Provide customized investment advisory aligned with client risk appetite and financial goals.
  • Achieve revenue, AUM, CASA, and cross-sell targets.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and client retention.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide periodic investment reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
