Fincart is hiring Phone Banking Officers to handle end-to-end loan support, from customer interaction to loan disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for loan products
• Explain loan offerings, eligibility & documentation to customers
• Assist customers through the complete loan journey till disbursement
• Collect, verify & coordinate required documents
• Follow up with internal teams, banks/NBFCs for processing
• Maintain accurate customer records and MIS
• Ensure high customer satisfaction & timely closures

Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years (loan sales / telecalling / banking preferred)

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of loan products (PL, HL, BL, etc.)
• Customer-focused & target-oriented approach

Preferred Skills

• Phone banking / tele-sales experience
• Understanding of loan processing & disbursement flow
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Pay range and compensation package

CTC - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
