Salary: 3 5 LPA (Fixed) + Unlimited Incentives

Role Overview

Flashaid is a fast-growing Insurtech platform helping startups and SMEs simplify health insurance and employee benefits.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Relationship Manager with prior experience in the insurance ecosystem (insurance company / broker / DSA). This role focuses on client relationships, consultative selling, and long-term account growth , supported by Flashaids technology-first platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all health insurancerelated requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and startup clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Drive sales by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Support clients through onboarding, policy issuance, and renewals
  • Coordinate with internal ops and insurer partners for smooth execution
  • Focus on customer retention, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in CRM
  • Share regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
  • (Insurance companies, brokers, or DSAs preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Any graduate (insurance or finance background is a plus)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Good negotiation and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to grow in sales
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
