Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager Real Estate

Location: UAE

Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client in investing property.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure referral business.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
  • Conduct property meetings, and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, available inventory, competitor movements, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client details, and transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote company projects, new launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Represent the company in property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong customer service approach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
