Diya Greencity Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our team for our affordable group housing project Diya Greencity.
This project is developed under the affordable housing policy of Awas Bandhu, U.P. Housing & Development Board, Uttar Pradesh Government, offering a great career growth opportunity for individuals looking to establish themselves in the real estate and housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
