We are a growing FinTech company operating in the mutual funds and wealth distribution space. Our digital platform empowers mutual fund distributors and partners by simplifying investment adoption and enabling scalable AUM growth.


Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with mutual fund distributors (MFDs). The role involves both inside and field interactions to drive platform adoption, business growth, and long-term partner engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through field visits, meetings, and inside sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent business flow
  • Drive AUM growth by supporting distributors in increasing investor engagement
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support (virtual & in-person)
  • Educate partners on platform features, benefits, and digital adoption
  • Plan and execute regular field visits, partner engagement activities, and review meetings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and relationship targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within assigned territories
  • Maintain updated distributor data, sales reports, and pipeline trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, tech, and support) to resolve partner issues
  • Gather market insights and distributor feedback to contribute to product and process improvements


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 26 years of experience in Mutual Funds/AMC Sales/Wealth Management/FinTech relationship roles
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products and distribution networks
  • Proven experience in relationship management and field sales
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage high-value relationships and drive consistent engagement
  • Graduate degree required (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with hybrid work (inside + field)
