Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships with start ups, mid market, corporate clients and capital providers, developing a deep understanding of corporate and financial landscapes, and getting transactions. Core responsibilities also include providing financial solutions to clients, and supporting revenue growth through acquiring new clients. The role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to ensure successful deal closures.

Qualifications

• Strong relationships with start ups, mid market and large corporates in Southern India market - especially Bengaluru and Hyderabad
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and building long-term client partnerships
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Services, and their applications within corporate banking
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate financial data for informed decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, CA
• Understanding of financial markets and corporate banking trends is an advantage
