Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for our Builder Finance team, based on-site at our Chennai location. In this role, the Relationship Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with builder clients, identifying financing needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include client acquisition, credit appraisal, monitoring loan portfolios, and ensuring proactive customer support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for successful service delivery and business growth.

Qualifications

• Skills in Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Customer Service
• Strong understanding of Builder Finance, Banking and Financial Solutions, and Loan Structuring
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to achieve targets, work independently, and manage multiple stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in lending, financial services, or real estate finance is preferred
• Proficient with financial software and tools; understanding of compliance regulations
