Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Relationship Manager with 25 years of experience in financial services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across investment products.

This role requires strong communication skills, basic market understanding, and a client-centric mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage HNI clients for wealth solutions
  • Liaison with the back end team for right solutions to the clients
  • Drive AUM growth through systematic client engagement
  • Cross-sell Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIFs based on client suitability
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Coordinate with various operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction execution
  • Maintain periodic portfolio review discussions with clients
  • Stay updated with market trends, product features and regulatory changes


Candidate Profile

  • 25 years experience in sales of financial services (Banking, Wealth Management, AMC, Broking, Distribution, NBFC)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of Mutual Funds and basic capital market products is essential
  • NISM V-A certification mandatory (Mutual Fund Distributor)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Comfortable working with performance-linked incentives
