Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury watches + Jewellery and possess a strong drive to exceed sales targets. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales performance through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

You will be responsible for driving sales, converting leads, and contributing to the overall success of the platform / brand.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

Present and demonstrate luxury watches and jewellery , highlighting their features and benefits.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Proactively identify and convert sales leads.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all watch models and product knowledge.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Collaborate with internal and external teams.

Pursue personal development goals to enhance sales and product knowledge.

 

Performance Metrics:

Total Value of Product Sold – GMV / NMV and Units
Lead Conversion (Efficiency)

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.  

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

Passion for luxury watches and jewellery and a willingness to learn.

High school Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Working knowledge of Excel , PPT and IT systems

4 to 6 Years of minimum experience required.
