Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our Mutual Fund Distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing portfolios, and providing expert advice on mutual fund investments. The role requires a deep understanding of mutual fund products, strong client relationship skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and build a robust client base through referrals, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Assess clients financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon to recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
  • Educate clients about different types of mutual funds, including equity, debt, and hybrid funds, and their associated risks and benefits.
  • Facilitate mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, and top-ups, ensuring compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and suggest portfolio restructuring based on market trends and clients changing needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, update them on fund performance, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Ensure all client documentation and KYC details are up to date and maintained as per regulatory requirements.



Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • NISM Series VA (Mutual Fund Distributors) Certification mandatory.
  • 25 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, financial advisory, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, market trends, and regulatory norms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
