Relationship Counsellor (Psychologist)

This full-time role for a Relationship Counsellor (Psychologist) is located on-site in New Delhi. The role involves providing evidence-based therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing and implementing personalized therapy plans, offering counseling sessions, and monitoring progress. The counselor will also work collaboratively with other mental health professionals at Emoneeds to provide comprehensive care.

• Strong expertise in relationship counseling, individual therapy, and family therapy
• Proficiency in psychological assessments, diagnostic tools, and evidence-based interventions
• Exceptional communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build trust with clients
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines in psychotherapy
• Experience using collaborative approaches when working with multidisciplinary teams
• A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure as a psychologist or eligibility for licensure in India
• Previous experience in relationship counseling is an advantage
