Regulatory Manager

Job Title: Regulatory Reporting EMEA (Basel III)

Overview

Were looking for a Regulatory Reporting professional with over 3-7 Years of experience to join our EMEA External Reporting team. The role focuses on Basel III capital calculations and COREP reporting across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, working closely with global stakeholders in Mumbai, London, Frankfurt, and Paris.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Basel III standardized approach calculations (CCR, Market Risk, Settlement Risk, Capital Deductions)
• Produce and review COREP regulatory reports for EMEA entities
• Analyze RWA movements and resolve management and regulator queries
• Partner with Risk Management to validate inputs and ensure reporting accuracy
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery under tight regulatory deadlines

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in Regulatory Reporting within Financial Services / Investment Banking
• Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial products
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; ability to learn finance systems quickly
• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, VBA, SQL is a plus
