Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Analyst I

Job Description Summary:

Author and maintain SDS and labels globally using SAP EHS module.

Work on CLP poison center notifications.

Raw material data maintenance in SAP EHS module.

Work with the business on new product introduction and update existing products in SAP EHS module. Adjust data as necessary to ensure accuracy of product safety documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist to author and review chemical safety data sheets (SDS).

Author and review hazard communication documents.

Maintain product safety data in SAP system.

Work on poison center notification and product registrations.

Work with the global Product Safety team to create efficient processes and global alignment.

Work with the business team and supply chain to set up new products and raw materials in the system and assist in resolving issues related to product safety.

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar.

English proficiency required.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Ability to learn quickly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
