We are looking for a domain expert with prior homologation experience to validate regulatory interpretations and ensure technical accuracy.


Role Overview

This role is responsible for validating tool-generated interpretations of regulatory documents. The ideal candidate has hands-on homologation experience and understands how regulations are interpreted and applied in real-world compliance and certification processes.

This is a validation and accuracy-focused role, ensuring regulatory interpretations are technically sound, contextually accurate, and aligned with certification practices across geographies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate tool-generated interpretations of regulatory documents.
  • Cross-check outputs against official regulatory texts and standards.
  • Identify inaccuracies, contextual gaps, and misinterpretations.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Develop validation frameworks and benchmarking criteria for interpretation accuracy.
  • Contribute real-world certification and compliance scenarios to strengthen validation processes.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple geographic regulatory frameworks.
  • Track regulatory updates and ensure interpretations reflect amendments.
  • Maintain structured documentation of validation findings.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering or related discipline.
  • 35 years of homologation or regulatory engineering experience within a regulated industry.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies (e.g., India, Europe, US, APAC).
  • Strong experience interpreting regulatory documents and standards.
  • Hands-on experience in certification or compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
