About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily care activities in hospitals and nursing homes
• Monitor and record patient vitals as per medical protocols
• Support doctors and registered nurses in routine clinical tasks
• Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety
• Follow hospital infection control and safety guidelines
• Work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week) with overtime opportunities

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: 1,500 1,600
• Overtime earnings: 500 800/month
• Total potential earnings: 2,000+ per month
• Initial 1-year contract (renewable for 3 years)

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid RN registration from State Nursing Council (India)
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience
• Valid Indian passport
• English proficiency: IELTS: Overall 5.5 (Speaking 6.0) OR OET: Minimum C+ (Speaking B)
• Physically fit with a clean professional & legal record
