As a leading retail brand in the watch industry, we are looking for an individual who can bring their passion for visual merchandising and retail sales to our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for the W&W department in the assigned region

- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers

- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that all visual merchandising is aligned with the company's brand image and standards

- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are following the visual merchandising guidelines

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to visual merchandising strategies

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve our displays

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry

- Strong understanding of design principles and trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed

Additional Parameters:

- Knowledge of watches and the luxury retail industry is a plus

- Experience in managing a team is preferred

- Fluency in local language(s) is preferred
