Position Overview:

Titan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our Eyecare division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising and a passion for the eyecare industry. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies for our eyecare products across multiple locations in the Bengaluru region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for eyecare products in line with company objectives and brand guidelines

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our eyecare products

- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for visual merchandising improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor visual merchandising strategies to ensure our displays are innovative and competitive

- Manage and maintain visual merchandising materials and displays, ensuring they are in good condition and properly utilized

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on product design and packaging from a visual merchandising perspective

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the eyecare industry

- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Willingness to travel within the Bengaluru region as needed
