Responsibilities

Oversee and drive VM execution across all stores in the assigned region.
Implement seasonal VM guidelines, window concepts, and campaign setups as per brand standards.
Conduct regular store visits to audit VM quality, identify gaps, and share action plans.
Lead VM planning for new store openings, remodels, and regional events.
Train and mentor store teams / VM executives to maintain consistent display standards.
Coordinate with Regional Operations, Marketing, and HO VM teams for product launches & promotions.
Ensure ideal product presentation, stock availability for displays, and visual alignment to boost conversion.
Monitor competitor VM trends and suggest innovative concepts suitable for the region.
Manage regional VM assetsprops, fixtures, signageand ensure timely distribution.
Prepare and submit regional VM performance reports with photos and recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 510 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (footwear/fashion retail preferred).
Experience handling VM for multiple stores or a region.
Strong creative sense, eye for detail, and understanding of customer visual appeal.
Good communication, leadership, and store training skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Proficiency in planograms, MS Office, and basic VM tools.
