Position: Regional Training Manager
Location: Hyderabad

What Youll Do
- Behavioral Excellence: Design and deliver impactful behavioural training programs to enhance frontline and leadership soft skills.
- Regional Ownership: Lead the end-to-end training lifecycle for the Hyderabad region, ensuring 100% training compliance.
- Performance Consulting: Identify skill gaps and implement learning interventions that directly impact business KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional ops heads to align training with the lightning-fast needs of Quick Commerce.
Who You Are
- A seasoned training professional with deep expertise in Behavioral Training (this is a must!).
- Experienced in the Retail, E-Commerce, or Beauty sectors.
- A high-energy communicator who can inspire teams and drive cultural change.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-pressure environment.
