Role Overview


Role Name: Regional Trade Marketing Manager [North & New Cities]

Reporting to: Lead - Trade Marketing


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement regional trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and

opportunities for growth.

  • Create promotional campaigns, POS materials, and trade incentives tailored to different channels (e.g., retail, distribution partners).
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new initiatives and improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and

recommendations for optimization.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and channel partners, to ensure alignment and support for marketing programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product management) to execute campaigns effectively and on time.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing activities, results, and ROI for management review.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in trade marketing, MT or SAMT.
  • Prior Sales Experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
