Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with global clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance.

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Confidence to communicate with international customers (UK/US markets).

Good computer literacy and ability to manage CRM tools.

Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts if required
