Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, South, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing sales operations across the southern region, leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain strong client relationships

- Knowledge of the regional market and competitive landscape in the southern region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the southern region as required
